Claudio Salinas
Nirmal Karam (Claudio) is a Kundalini yoga and Gongmaster teacher, who has undergone in-depth training in Gong, Sonotherapy and MEM Gong Yoga with Don Conreaux.
He has also trained with Aidan McIntyre, Gongmuse Mojca Malek, Mark Swan, Methab Benton, Kay Karl, Bob Horwell and Petra Trtnik, and had the opportunity to learn Kirtan with Nikki Slade. He regularly organizes Sound Evenings in Brussels and beyond, as well as Gong yoga nidra evenings, Gong meditations, sound journeys and co-created Gong Pujas in Brussels and across Europe.
Program:

Day 1: Arrival at the hotel, welcome with fruit juice, rest time. 5pm: Presentation of the retreat, opening ceremony of the cell membrane. Mixed speech circle, sound journey and rest.

Day 2: Yoga, breakfast and visit to Cahuita Nature Reserve, packed lunch - 5pm, Sacred Song Circle, dinner and rest.

Day 3: Sound yoga & pineal toning, breakfast and cocoa tour, soda lunch followed by a dip in the waterfall. Return to the hotel, rest and dinner followed by a GONGS bath and rest.

Day 4: Breakfast, surf lesson and lunch at the hotel. Sound Travel & Group Sonotherapy (in the water), Sacred Chanting and rest.

Day 5: Kundalini Yoga & Sounds, snorkeling breakfast and lunch at the hotel. Various sound therapies, dinner and rest.

Day 6: Sound Yoga and Sound Journey, breakfast, kayak tour. Rest time followed by a Gong Bath, dinner. Sacred chanting circle and rest.

Day 7: Yoga, breakfast and swimming in the sea. Lunch at the hotel - Co-created Gongs & Sounds Puja ceremony at the end of the retreat.
